Delivery:
For Qatar we can deliver all order after Eid.
Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping time will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures.
A tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped to track your shipment.
Returns:
If you are looking to return or exchange your order. Please email orderes@textureqtr.com.
Please note some exceptions to our return or exchange policy:
Items should be returned within 3 days of receiving your order for full refund. For exchange Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Retuned items should be clean not used or perfumed, have all tags on, with the original packaging with good condition.
You can return your product for a different item, or a refund to the original payment method.
Delivery fees will not be returned.
All sale items are final purchases.
