• دول الخليج: الشحن خلال 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل.
• الاستلام من البوتيك: الطلب جاهز للاستلام خلال ساعة واحدة من الطلب.
Delivery & Shipping Policy:
• Within Qatar: Orders before 8 PM are delivered on the same day.
• GCC Countries: Shipping takes 2 to 4 business days.
• Pickup: Ready within one hour.
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:
• يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء أو استرداد قيمتها خلال 3 أيام.
• يجب إعادة المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، غير معطرة، ومرفقة بجميع مرفقاتها.
• لا يقبل استرجاع أو استبدال الطلبات الخاصة أو الملابس المعدلة.
